ADIDAS concluding Story...

If you haven't been following, kindly read the previous posts about him and take advantage of the lessons we have learnt.

Adi became solely in charge of his business (without his brother,Rudolph) and he thought about a new name for his business.He officially registered the company name as ADIDAS(his nickname plus first three letters of his surname). He created a new logo and design for
Adidas and also came up with a product innovation for every major event, thereby dominating the world's athletic shoe market.

He also expanded his products‎ range by introducing sports bags,tracksuits and balls.. With the support of his wife
He made plans for global expansion,signed licence agreements with various companies ‎and celebrities.
Adi kept innovating through the year 1960 and early 1970...‎
He died 1978‎....(Rudolph had died 4 years earlier,and they never reconciled their differences)
But before Adi s death,he had made remarkable progress. His wife continued though, and produced a staggering 45 million pairs of shoes in a year! Wow!!!.

His wife (kathe)passed away 6 years afterwards and then challenges upon challenges came as no one was able to manage the business effectively. His four daughters sold off the company and various investors picked and dropped off because they just couldn't handle it.until it got into the hands of Herbert Hainer‎ who became the CEO.
Adidas expanded into different nations and made successful impressions for sports apparel. The slogan implemented for Adidas became :Impossible is Nothing ‎!!!

Important Lessons.

1.In every business, Solid Foundation is KEY as Without it,all efforts built over the years can crumble within seconds.

2.Innovation says:

• I could do this in my business and gain more attention or more money....
• I could change my style of communication in a particular manner and have a better result in my Relationship with people.....
• I could laugh better, walk better and figure how to.

That's innovations;It requires thinking.Using your mind right.

3.Learn to forgive and be at peace with all men.It was no good record to learn Adi never reconciled with his brother.Who knows how his life and results may have turned out if he forgave and settled with his brother ..(think about this).
